Pain relief made sustainable through self-care
Dr. AYSHVARYA RAMALINGAM
I have started this initiative, Absolute Vital Health, to emphasize the importance of health and truth in maintaining an equilibrium, a balance, a harmony in health.
Health is dynamic, its more complex than we think, there are numerous systems working in our body to maintain this vital balance. Western medicine in solo is unable to answer many questions related to the cause of pain, and many times pain relief cannot be achieved in some individuals despite all efforts. These problems may be better solved by knowledge of bioenergetics, eastern medicine and alternative medicine.
But not to forget western medicine is still evolving and new techniques of pain management such as Regenerative therapy consisting of Platelet Rich Plasma, MFAT are coming up.
I BELIEVE APPROACHING PAIN IN A HOLISTIC MANNER, INTEGRATING THE DIFFERENT SYSTEMS OF MEDICINE, AND BEING MORE PERSONALISED TO THE INDIVIDUAL IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR.

Holistic Wellness
Basis for Transformative care. Treatment for chronic pain is not possible without changes in all realms of your life. This approach helps in addressing the multifactorial dynamic etiology of chronic illness. This approach aims at long term relief from suffering and pain, rather than short term relief from pain. Through this approach, we will be able to identify, analyse and self manage the risk factors contributing to the persistence of chronic pain.
Mission
Meet your pain specialist when your pain doesn’t go away, find out what’s causing it. Get to know how to stop it from coming back. Only medications wont help in all cases. Each one’s pain is different.
